Mo`olelo Project: Discovering the Story of Self and `Ohana

Course will focus on connecting the participant’s personal/`ohana (family) mo`olelo (story) to common themes found in literature.

Course participants will engage in activities designed to create their own “Mo`olelo Project.”  The project involves personal reflections, interviews, research, citing of sources, creating narratives, poetry and/or prose and applying grammatical rules properly. Course participants will also explore ways in which they can relevance with literature from other places.
