The attached letter of invitation was faxed to each principal of all West Hawaii high schools. Barbara Kossow from the Mayor’s Office advised that each principal is supposed to appoint a staff to coordinate and chaperone the group of participating students.
Although the event is open to all students, I’m hoping that CTE Coordinators will take advantage of this opportunity and recruit CTE students who have completed or are in the process of completing their Programs of Study. You might want to “volunteer” to coordinate your school’s participation. Registration deadline is August 21, 2013.
