2015-16 Sustainable Agriculture Internship for High School Students

Two paid opportunities for high school students interested in sustainable agriculture and farming:

  • Fall 2015 (one week): October 5–9 (application deadline: September 25, 2015)
  • Spring 2016 (one week): March 21–25 (application deadline: March 7, 2016)

      Both internships run Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm from The Kohala Center’s Demonstration Farm in Honoka’a.

Over the course of the week, interns will sped time working on a real farm, engaging in “seed to sale” activities and participate in food and agriculturally related service learning visits and activities.

Interns will receive a $125 stipend upon the successful completion of the internship.
